To stay healthy during the hot months of summer your pet needs 1 oz of water for each pound of body weight. PetSafe, noting that many pets are dehydrated during the summer months, declared Nation Pet Hydration Awareness Month to educate pet parents about this very serious threat to their furry, feathered and scaled children.
